Topsy Turvey's Island Bar & Grill is hiring a kitchen manager. This person is responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. The right person will hire and schedule staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques as well as exceeding all health department standards. This person will also help develop new menu items as well as daily specials.
