Hello Friend,
I am a property manager who needs a good experienced housekeeper to clean a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Sandusky, Ohio during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. The house will usually need to be cleaned 2 to 3 times a week since this is a vacation house and different families will be checking in and out on a regular basis. (Note*- This is a well kept home and no filthy conditions are present.) Also, there will be additional work opportunities to clean a small attached 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment as well. Sometimes both properties will need to be cleaned on the same day so if you have a cleaning partner with you that will be a plus!
To be considered:
* You must be a very reliable person with transportation who will show up on time according to the schedule you will be given.
* You must be willing to allow us to do a criminal back ground check on you and your cleaning partner.
* You must have good professional references such as past/current cleaning clients or professional people that you conduct business with. ( no family or friends)
* You must be able to work at a quick pace
* You must be able to work during the hours of 10:00 am to 3:30 pm
* Besides week days You must be able to work on week ends
⢠You must have your own reliable transportation.
⢠Must live in the Sandusky area.
⢠Must have verifiable cleaning experience with references.
⢠Must speak fluent English.
⢠Must be hardworking and very reliable and arrives on time.
⢠Must have a checking account so that payment can be made immediately by direct deposit into
your account or payment by check.
⢠Must have a camera phone to text Before and After Pictures.
⢠HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!!
⢠You will not be an Employee, but instead be hired as an Independent Contractor.
Cleaning Duties Include:
⢠Vacuum carpets (sprinkle carpet fresh)
⢠Meticulous cleaning of toilets, tub and shower stalls.
⢠Meticulous cleaning of refrigerator, oven, stove top and microwave
⢠Sponge mop and shine floors (vinyl flooring)
⢠Use dishwasher and put away dishes
⢠Use air freshener spray throughout
⢠Empty trash cans, however, usually all trash will be bagged and set outside before you arrive
⢠Damp cloth dusting of furniture and decorations.
⢠Wipe clean counter tops and cabinet drawers and dust cabinet doors to remove finger prints
⢠Wash and Dry linens and towels.
⢠Fold and put away linens and make fresh beds. ( 1-4 beds) and occasionally some sleeper sofas.
* Sweeping outdoor patio and occasionally cleaning BBQ grills and outdoor fireplace
