We are looking for people able to answer phones during heavy call volume times. The job will involve answering customer's questions and providing basic customer support. Questions will likely include legal topics, it is a must that workers understand their limitations on answering questions and when to defer to another team member. Hours may be flexible, potentially anytime during the day.

Job will involve extended periods of sitting.

Preferred Skills:

-Good communication skills

-Proficiency with computers

-Patience

-Basic proficiency in Microsoft word, excel

-Ability to learn new computer software and react to dynamic changes

-Ability to manage tone and anger in frustrating situations
