Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Sharonville, Ohio. This role falls under the industry of customer service and requires skills in answering inbound calls, dispatching, and email correspondence. As a Dispatcher, you will be instrumental in coordinating service resources, managing daily labor, and handling customer service issues.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing and resolving customer issues effectively. Coordinate the dispatch of technicians, ensuring efficient deployment and alignment of technician skills to tasks. Manage customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize service management software and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic Windows environment. Record technician activity and support functions, driving productivity and profitability for the assigned team. Schedule weekly meetings with Operations Management for service visit planning and schedule alignment. Work independently and function in a team environment, coping with stress and maintaining a pleasant and cooperative temperament. Leverage technology to track dispatched technicians throughout the day for maximum productivity and cost efficiency.Requirements Proficiency in customer service, with a proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively. Experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. Knowledge of dispatching procedures, with an ability to coordinate and manage logistics efficiently. Familiarity with email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication with colleagues, clients, and partners. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating cooperation and mutual support. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
