(BDE) role within our Business Development department, focusing specifically on acquiring new business relationships with customers

Job Role
The Business Development Executive will generate new business sales opportunities. They will collaborate with department members and the leadership team to develop and implement plans to achieve stated sales goals. They will gather and analyze new markets and customer information to identify demand for Integration Developer Network products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. The Business Development Executive will engage prospective clients in an energetic, professional and positive manner through various brand marketing and promotional efforts to grow business and help the company expand. They will regularly update the leadership team with reports on all business projects.
You will be responsible for managing the prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities, and strategizing with the owner of the company. You will also demonstrate comfort working in ambiguity with minimal guidance at times.
5+ years for strong experience of building an account from the ground up involving all aspects of the sales process for selling IT Staffing / IT Consulting Services and Generating New Business through direct client relationships. Responsible for all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting and identifying new potential clients, introductions and scheduling meetings with key decision makers, presentation of services, contract review and negotiations, establishing and driving processes and delivery of services Ability to lead the strategic direction of the account by establishing and articulating account growth and client satisfaction goals in relation to client expectations Ability to drive new business development with an established record of closing new accounts through relationships, responses to request for proposals, participation in networking events, or technical user group events for building client pipeline and meeting potential candidates Must be competent in all aspects of the sales process, prospecting, cold/warm calling, networking, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results Ability to partner GSS Technical Solution Managers and bench staff to create IT Solution project proposals, sales presentations for new opportunities Ability to partner with the recruiting team to drive desired results and deliver high quality IT talent Excellent written and verbal communication skills and articulate phone skills Commissions are negotiable This position is 100% remote
