Our office is located in the heart of Toledo, Ohio. We accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. We specialize in brand management, social media management, marketing & advertising, and top of the line customer service for all of our clients!
Entry Level Customer Service:
Our customer service department is responsible for answering questions our customers while representing our company in a positive way. Making corrections on their accounts and make sure there are no over-charges. Training, coaching, and counseling new employees; communicating job expectations. Implementing production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good communication skills
Must be professional (Business Professional/Casual Dress in office)
