Oak Hill Investment is looking to hire a full time experienced Maintenance Technician
for its Toledo location. Monday -- Friday 9am -- 5 pm.
Job Description: Maintenance technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks including
(but not limited to) plumbing, demo, remodeling, light carpentry,
seasonal grounds works such as snow removal . The maintenance
technician needs to be able to quickly diagnose problems and fix them
in a timely manner.
Demo/remodeling experience a plus.
The ideal candidate is team player and someone who is dependable for a large apartment
community. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and own tools. Applicant must pass a criminal background check. Wages commensurate with experience.
