As a Groundskeeper, you are part of a team that is responsible for the repair and upkeep our apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to, providing outstanding service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing grounds cleanup and preventative maintenance as scheduled by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor.ã
If you have always been handy, are eager to learn more about electrical, carpentry, & property management, and share the values outlined at the top of this ad, this isÂthe job for you. A current, valid driver's license is required.
