We have over 200 rental apartments and just entered the Toledo market with the acquisition of about 30 houses.
We plan to buy another 100 units in Toledo soon. We are looking for help to rehab and maintain these properties.
About 10 of the properties need the following types of work:
-Replacing cabinets, countertops and sinks
-Replacing stolen furnaces and water heaters with identical models
-Unboarding, junking out, cleaning and painting
Once the rehab is complete, ongoing responsibilities may include the following:
-Replacing locks
-Painting
-Cleaning
-Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs
-Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures
-Repairing or replacing doors
-Repairing or replacing windows
-Showing vacant apartments to prospective tenants
-Overseeing move-ins and move-outs
You do not necessarily have to be able to perform all of the listed tasks.
