ZF Active Safety US Inc.is hiringProduction Workersfor our plant inFayette, OH. We are a union machining shop that is a Tier One supplier to Ford. We manufacture hubs and rotors for Ford pick-up trucks. Production Workers are responsible for the operation of production CNC equipment and/or other secondary processing machinery that includes paint systems, assembly equipment, and robots. No experience is necessary. We will train you! This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade that is transferable in manufacturing.
If you are at least 18 years of age, can lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and can work a 1st, 2ndand 3rdshift schedule that will include some weekend hours, than we want you to apply today!
We offer:
Hourly pay of $20.41/hour with unlimited overtime available
After 90 days, medical, dental and vision are available as well as HSA account, 401k with company match, and company paid life insurance
Any hours over 40 in one work week (a.k.a overtime) are paid at $30.61/hr, Sundays are paid at $40.82/hr, holidays are paid at $61.23/hr
$500 perfect attendance bonus every quarter (pro-rated based on date of hire), $1,000 referral bonus, and retention bonus
Employees can eat and drink at their workstations throughout the day. We have a break room and picnic tables outside for breaks.

Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Available to work all three shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) during the first 90 days of employment andwill result in a 2ndor 3rdshift after 90 days
Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs with or without assistance 8-12 times/day and stand for duration of shift
Willingness to join United Autoworkers Union
Willing to work 6-7 days during first 90 days
Shifts:
1st6:30 am – 2:30 pm (starting on Mondays)
2nd2:30 pm – 10:30 pm (starting on Mondays)
3rd10:30 pm – 6:30 am (starting on Sundays)
10-hour days where you come in 2 hours early OR stay over 2 hours
