Holt Roofing is seeking an Office assistant/customer service-person to join our team. This is a 72 year old Family business that is looking for a postive, friendly person with strong communication skills and a passion to help customers. (small office atmosphere)
Job Duties Include:
Answering phones of multi lines
Scheduling sales calls/appointments
Pulling Building Permits
Support Office Manager
General Office Duties
Preparing Invoices/Accounts receivables
Directly support company owners
Skills Required
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Excellent in customer service
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Quickbooks a must
Working knowledge of Microft word, Excel, Access and Google Calender
Ability to handle multiple tasks and is detailed oriented to ensure accurate flow of information
