We are looking for an energetic person to fill an opening for our growing retail companies. We are a retailer of mulch; propane; U-Haul; and self-storage units.
Summary of the job . . .
Answer multi-line phone system
Self Storage Units
o move in/out storage customers
o make sure the units are ready to rent
o make collection calls
U-Haul
o Customer service
o Using U-Hauls system, rent trucks/trailers to customer
Golf Carts (overflow work, support staff)
o basic customer service
Mulch/Propane
o take customers mulch orders and invoice the order
o ring up customers propane purchases and invoice
Balance out the cash register
Help with other office duties including but not limited to:
o cleaning
o filing
o completing bank deposits
o updating spreadsheets
o updating website, craigslist and video displays.
