Our client is looking for several Help Desk Analyst to staff a major rollout project. These positions will start in mid / end of June and end in October (with possibility for extension).
Respond to/troubleshoot general support calls of hardware and software during hardware upgrade
Customer Service, Phone Support Experience
Hardware, Network Troubleshooting
All shifts needed - must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift and weekends.
There is also a 3rd shift available.
