Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.
• Coordinate presales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows.
• Own the customer communication relationship during the sales fulfillment process.
• Brainstorm the development of internal apps to assist with the post-sales processes.
• Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing or similar.
• Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
• Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base.
• Effective presentation and training skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict, and use priority setting to accomplish goals required
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong learning agility, in order to quickly gain expertise on.
• Minimum of 1+ years prior to customer or client service work or related experience required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
