Office assistant needed for a busy law firm. Applicant should have basic computer and typing skills, professional appearance, good people skills, work well in a team setting, the ability to multitask and stay organized. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: answering multi line phone system, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, keeping filing current, office mailings, updating client database, pulling and organizing files for the attorney and paralegals, gathering and collecting information for the attorney and paralegals, helping to prepare the attorney for seminars and assisting in keeping the office neat and organized. Must be able to handle fast paced and demanding environment.
