Job Description

Moen has a new Warehouse Site leaderrole with one of our brand new facilities. You will serve as the on-site Moen leader facilitating and leading company interface operations at our brand new Columbus Distribution warehouse.

• Assist Moen and 3PL management with production planning, scheduling and assembly operations for distribution warehouse
• Perform planning, driver management and/or customer service function. Interact with large retail customer’s PO management and transportation planning systems
• Communicate effectively and professionally with 3PL staff
• Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system
• Work collaboratively with all 3PL internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary
• Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated and logistics opportunities with customers
• Generate appropriate reports regarding service and assist in evaluating cost factors associated with the business
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations
• Assist in the design and execution of an efficient material flow from manufacturing or finished good suppliers through Distribution Warehouse and ultimately to the end customer or consumers
• Report any errors found in the SAP data to North Olmsted so corrections can be made
• Support new products, productivity projects and other product changes to smoothly transition to the new product. Work with project teams as necessary to execute the planned transition on time
• Identify obsolete and excess inventory items and develop plan to address these inventory items

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Distribution Center/Warehouse
• SAP knowledge and experience is required
• Demonstrated understanding of Materials/Logistics processes and material flow is required
• Proficient to advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and warehousing and production transactions
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong service orientation, influencing skills and results driven
