Summary

You will be responsible for the overall performance and leadership of the production teams


Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing the production workforce in achieving the desired results.

  • Train operators on safety expectations, standard work practices and adherence to work sequence

  • Conduct employee performance reviews, provide coaching as needed and conduct corrective actions under the disciplinary process if necessary.
