We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite with local client in the Transport industry. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Wilmington, Ohio area. As Senior Project Manager, you could manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. This job's primary priority, as a key member of the team, is to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Major responsibilities

- Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met

- Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

- Contributes as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

- Organizes and leads the sprint planning and grooming meetings and records ticket assignments

- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

- Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely

- Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

- Help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

- Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

- Assigns schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- Oversees project planning

- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion

- Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable

- Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

- Assembles with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Lead the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas

- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

Requirements

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- A Project Management (PMP) certification is required for success at this position.

- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

- The person in this position should be flexible and focused

- Applicants should have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

- We need the person we hire to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills

- Microsoft Office experience preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of project management

- Knowledge of project management process improvement

- Deep understanding of Proven Project Management

- Proven knowledge of Multi Task

- SharePoint experience highly desired
