NikSoft is seeking an experienced

Senior Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Engineering Support expert to be located at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate should be an expert related to acquisition platform and sensor cybersecurity along with having a solid understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) information assurance planning, developing systems of systems (SoS), systems engineering, network engineering, and technical interface design.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to the System Program Managers, Program Executive Officer, and Milestone Decision Authority.
  • Possess an expert ability to apply and translate operational and user requirements into system and technical requirements for ISR & SOF platforms and sensors is critical.
  • Demonstrated background in The Trusted System Network Information and Communications Technology Risk Mitigation Guidebook (TSN ICT RMG) to provide expert advice to programs in establishing and maintaining effective ICT supply chain risk mitigation courses of action.
  • Be a subject matter expert and a demonstrate understanding of DoD acquisition processes to ensure timely and synchronized schedule integration of cyber security requirements into program schedules and milestones through various acquisition program Integrated Process Teams (IPT).
  • Demonstrate background related to Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to prevent an adversary subverting weapon systems and critical networks.
  • Provide sound SCRM requirements to ensure sound security engineering and procurement solutions are incorporated into an integrated program protection scheme based upon known or anticipated risks.
  • Possess and expert level understanding from an operational perspective, of limitations and impacts to the end user of the system and maintenance impacts of cyber security requirements.


Qualifications:
  • Possess a Doctorate degree.
    • A minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate; or,
    • a minimum of sixteen (16) years of relevant work experience plus a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Doctorate; or,
    • a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant work experience plus a Master's degree may be substituted for a Doctorate.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.
  • Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to their functional area.


Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
