Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Test Manager to support the NGB program at WPAFB in Dayton Ohio.
Responsibilities
Advise the Chief of Test/Chief Development Tester on T&E activities.
Train and mentor other organization test managers to support NGB.
Assist in developing/documenting T&E strategy that integrates policy, program requirements, cost & resource estimates, evaluation framework, and T&E schedule to accomplish program goals.
Coordinate the planning, management, and oversight of DT&E activities and maintain oversight of Contractor and Participating Test Organization T&E activities supporting the program.
Advise the PM on test issues, and help the PM make technically- informed, objective judgments about weapon system contractor DT&E results.
Responsible for issues regarding prime T&E, such as: identifying test scope and resource requirements; planning and conducting DT&E; supporting OT and OT readiness; planning, coordinating, and supporting TIMs, FTRWG, and TPWG; and planning, writing, and coordinating test documents such as TEMPs.
Provide support for planning, coordination, and execution of the ITT and the Contractor shall obtain and provide status of T&E projects to senior leadership as required.
Provide support for strategic test resource planning, to include, but not limited to, developmental and OT resources for known and potential future test programs.
Assist in execution of the Test Resource Planning Council (TRPC) process and coordinate and support the documentation of TRPC decisions.
Provide advisory, documentation, and coordination assistance for the development of responses to higher headquarters inquires, public affairs requests, and inputs to annual reports such as OSD annual reports.
Qualifications
TS/SCI security clearance required
Must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have at least ten years of test experience in identifying and developing mitigation for T&E risk factors OR be a TPS graduate
Must be able to translate requirements to support T&E planning efforts; be familiar with all T&E policies, practices, procedures; understand components/relationships of prime contractor, developmental, operational, and live fire test;
Have experience in T&E management (e.g., T&E IPT, Integrated Test Team, etc.); and have experience in writing/translating test documents such as TEMP, developmental test plans, and OT plans.
