Job summary
InquisIT is seeking an Operations Lead/Program Manager to join us at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Working closely with internal and/or client leadership, the Program Manager provides technical oversight and supports the planning, implementation, tracking, and successful performance of the service desk and projects of moderate risk and complexity. The Program Manager will also maintain responsibility for client relationship management, as well as participate in business development and proposal activity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Acts as the single point of contact responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects
  • Collaborates with internal and client leadership to define project scope, objectives, budget, and measures of success
  • Creates a detailed project plan to include proof of concept, work breakdown, resource plan and allocation, implementation, and timeline for completion
  • Creates detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Executes the project according to plan and budget, monitoring and evaluating progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful performance
  • Maintains regular communication with all internal and client stakeholders, computer services, and end users
  • Prepares all required reporting, to include project tracking, analysis, and financial reporting, as appropriate
  • Recommends and directs analysis and solutions of problems
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project, subcontractor, and vendor deliverables
  • Maintains productive relationships with all contract resources, to include the client, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Manage project teams, to include InquisIT employees, as well as subcontractor employees
  • Assures maximum productivity across all contract activities
  • Achieves top CPAR and customer satisfaction scores

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • IAM I Cert (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE)
  • 10-12 years of related technical experience and a minimum of 8 years of IT project management experience in government contracting
  • Demonstrated success managing projects of $5 to $20 million in annual revenue and with teams of up to 35 employees
  • Demonstrated ability of communicate in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by positively influencing others to achieve result that are in the best interest of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions by assessing the situation to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and making clear decisions which are timely and in the best interest of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems by identifying causes, gathering, and processing relevant information, generating possible solutions, and making recommendations and/or resolving the problem
  • Demonstrated Experience in managing Physical Security and ACS/IDS systems
