Part time / full time Bookkeeper for small growing rural area accounting firm. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel are required for this excellent opportunity for a person looking for a part time opportunity and possibly a full time opportunity if desired in the near future.
We maintain the financial books for Amish and English clients and need a friendly person to be the face for the company when clients come to the office. Much of your time will be utilizing QuickBooks to input transactions with few clients actually coming to the office. Telecommuting of 1 or 2 days a week is a possibility. Potentially you could also assist in basic tax return preparation during the February to April tax season for which we could train you.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must have attention to detail, be flexible, have an affable personality, and enjoy the bookkeeping world. We promote our expertise and friendliness whilst being very affordable.
We offer: A good pay scale with a very nice environment although the coffee could be improved. You will be given accounts to maintain and must meet the expected timelines so the clients can manage their business.
