JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Provide support to the Service Supervisors in a broad range of functions such as service letters, warranty, internal/external communications, opening/closing work orders, scheduling and prioritizing all work performed and assisting with customer calls to help increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is responsible for the implementation of business strategies to support company growth and future opportunities.

time management skills, planning, listening, and computer skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, college helpful.
Experience in the truck or automotive service industry preferred
Individual must have a proven record of above average job performance, be highly motivated, have a
positive attitude, be customer oriented and be willing to function in a team environment
