Cold Stone Creamery of Warren, OH is currently seeking Crew Members for the morning (11-5) shift.
Experience in quick serve restaurants preferred, but not required. In store training provided . Applicants over 18 are preferred.
Essential job functions :
Provide enthusiastic, complete and excellent customer service at all times
Prepare and serve frozen ice cream creations, desserts, milkshakes, cakes and beverages
Accurately accept payment from customers, make change and process credit cards
Successfully complete all shift checklists Restock items for sale through out the shift
Maintain clean, organized and inviting customer and employee areas
Maintain a safe and secure work environment
Be able to lift 25lbs boxes
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Have great customer service skills.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Must be able to perform basic math calculations
Must have basic reading and writing skills
Must have basic computer skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work as a team
Above the age of 18
Have a clean background (no criminal record)
