Large Property Management Company looking to fill a position for a Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
We are looking for aMaintenance Technician who will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Must be motivated & available to work âOn Callâ on a rotating bases.
The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
Electrical
Appliance
Drywall
Painting
Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential. This position provides excellent salary and benefits package.
