Seeking HONEST, hard-working, conscientious individuals to tend and maintain producing oil and gas wells. We would be willing to train an entry level individual who is HONEST and hard working and has had some type of previous hands-on outdoor work experience in farming, construction, landscaping, oilfield or the military. You would be working and training with a well experienced group of individuals who are great to get along with. We have extremely low turnover with the majority of our employees having been with us for 20-30 years!
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
At least 18 yrs of age with a high school diploma or equivalent;
Mechanically inclined & willing to work hands on;
Have the ability to frequently lift 75lbs or more;
Must be willing to work outdoors, sometimes in inclement weather;
Previous farm, construction, landscaping, oilfield or military experience a definite plus;
Have a VALID drivers license with CLEAN record to pass insurance test;
No felonies or misdemeanors in last 7 years;
We do pre-employment drug tests and all background checks allowable by law for employment;
We are looking for HONEST conscientious people that are looking for a steady career with us.
Job will entail:
5 ½ work days a week;
401k benefits with Company match;
Paid Holidays, Vacation & PTO after one year:
Vehicle provided (for company use only);
Starting salary range $30,000-35,000/yr;
Starting salary commensurate with experience;
Rapid steady advancement as you prove yourself.
