CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
Boardman Auto Body Repair Business looking for a Full Time individual to join our team.
King Collision LLC is looking for a team member to work at the front office in assisting customers during the full process of repairing their vehicles.
This individual must be able to greet all customers in a timely and professional manner.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer all phone calls, directing them immediately to the correct team member.
Work with customers scheduling their repairs, working with their insurance company (if any), arranging rental vehicle setup and ensuring the customer fully understands the payment process.
Work with customers in final delivery of finished repaired vehicle.
Posting of payments.
Perform other clerical duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 - 3 years of customer service and clerical experience.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment.
Above average Computer skills + knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with all team members.
