We are looking for a dedicated, professional, outgoing, individual to join our team. We are a small company that offers supplies to contractors. We are looking for the right individual to help with our office needs and assist the owner and manager with any needs they may have such as paying bills, tracking expenses, helping to direct employees, working with our accountant, obtaining quotes for materials, and keeping our office professional. You must be experienced with QuickBooks, Microsoft office and other computer programs, answering phones, very efficient at keeping things organized, and detailed in filling out paperwork and forms. Most of the work is computer and paper work, dealing with other employees for scheduling and appointing tasks. We expect someone that is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. This is a salary position. Hours would be 7:30-4:30. Please send a resume and salary requirements. There are no health benefits at this time.
