Lake Milton MHC, an 89 space mobile home community located on Lake Milton, Ohio, is seeking a motivated and personable full-time, on-site Mobile Home Park Manager to oversee park operations. A successful candidate must exhibit strong ethics and integrity as well as a positive attitude while acting as the authority figure in the community.
Position Requirements
Required work hours are full-time, but flexible.
Candidate is expected to live on-site, within the community. (A manager's home is provided as part of the compensation plan - see below)
Must pass a background check - prior convictions and/or serious criminal record will not be considered for this position.
Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work any day of the week, including holidays if needed.
Qualifications
Proficient with computers and technology (Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
Effective relationship management and communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
Proven proficiency in customer service, management, sales or similar work history
Handyman skills preferred
Prior property management experience preferred
Prior sales experience preferred
Spousal teams are accepted
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
Oversight of the community
Exceptional resident relations
Rent collection
Enforcement of rules and regulations
Manage marketing and lot leasing
New/used mobile home sales
Contractor and vendor management
Supervise maintenance and appearance of common areas and tenant lots
Manage rehab projects
Manage budget and expenses
Compensation
Free housing provided (or assisted relocation and free lot rent)
Free Home Utilities provided (gas, water, electric and sewer)
$10 per month per occupied lot (negotiable)
Monthly bonuses based on collection and performance targets
Sales commission based on homes sold
