Come join our growing Team! We are hiring a Convenience Store Shift Team Leader at our North Jackson location.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for friendly, efficient and courteous customer service
Assists with the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the convenience store complex, including pumps, islands and restrooms
Assist the store manager in the overall operation and management of the facility
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists with orders of store merchandise and supplies
Trains new convenience store employees
Maintains friendly, polite, business-like relations with employees/customers
Assists store manager with completing required paperwork
Ensures that c-store team players perform to company standards
Ensures that c-store team players maintain the highest level of safety

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualification Standards:
Prior assistant store management experience required
Prior convenience store experience is a plus
Good written and oral communications skills
Ability to provide effective training, leadership and positive direction
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when required
Ability and willingness to cross train in all management/ non-management positions
