The ideal candidate who wishes to join our team should have a strong background in home improvement projects and repairs and know their way around selling products and services to homeowners and property managers in a relaxed environment. All of the Estimator/Salesman appointments are set by our office staff - every appointment is with a client who has requested an estimate for our services.
Required Skills & Background
-Construction or home repair estimator or project manager with 5 or more years of experience.
-Must have extensive knowledge of home improvements and home repairs.
-Must be a professional, honest and trustworthy person who can understand a homeowner's concerns when evaluating the need for repairs and solutions to their home improvement projects.
-Must be able to offer suggestions for repairs or remodeling projects and instill confidence in the company's ability to perform the required repairs or services.
-Must be punctual, have the ability to estimate cost and hours for all projects, write full estimates and follow up with the homeowners or property managers to close the deal.
-Basic computer skills are a must: Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and e-mail.

Job Type: Part time now, potentially full time, depending on candidate?
Rate of Pay: Negotiable this position can be Salary+Commission or Straight Commission depending on the right candidate's background and experience.
Required experience: 5 years of home improvement or repair sales and estimating.
Licenses or certifications: valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Required education: Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent.
