Independent Motorsports is looking for Motorcycle Technicians of all levels and skills. We are customer service-oriented company with unlimited growth potential. We service and sell all major brands of motorcycles and all types of powersports.
This person will need to have a basic understanding of Motorcycle, ATV, UTV, SxS, Scooter or PWC mechanics and good problem-solving skills. They must be able clearly document and communicate the diagnosis and repairs to the service writer. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of powersports experience and exposure to multiple brands and types of units. This person would be responsible for doing the safety inspection, diagnostic testing, test rides and associated repairs based on their skill level. They would also be responsible for the routine maintenance items such as oil changes, tires, batteries, bulbs, etc.
Compensation will range between $35,000-$55,000/year depending on experience.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience
Basic Set of Mechanic’s Tools
Self-Motivated
Willingness to learn and continue your education
High School Degree or GED
Valid Driver’s License with a Motorcycle Endorsement
