ALL WORK IS IN CLEVELAND AREA- Growing real estate development firm is seeking contractors to help handle our increasing volume of whole house rehabs. Qualified contractors must be able to renovate a home from start to finish- Demo, plumbing, carpentry work (interior/exterior), drywall, flooring (tile), painting and everything else required to complete a full rehab. All projects are located in Point of Sale jurisdictions so any experience with POS inspection a plus. We have contracts available for 8-10 homes per month for the next two years. Qualified contractors must be able to provide quality workmanship in a timely manner at a competitive price. Homes are to be completed within 4-5 weeks.
