We have openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts for Production Operators. Starting wages from $15.48 up to $16.54 an hour with shift differential. We are offering $1,000 sign-on bonus with 3 weeks of earned PTO.
What You'll Do:
The Production Operator is responsible for mixing batches of product in accordance with batching and weigh out instructions. The operator must ensure specifications are obtained, verifying adherence through appropriate laboratory tests. Upon completion of finished batches, the operator ensures that documentation is complete and transfers product so that it is ready for processing.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
2nd shift differential: $0.50
3rd shift differential: $1.00
SUMMER BONUS: For every qualifying hour you work between May 31st through September 2nd, you will accrue $4 towards an end-of-summer bonus. Qualifying hours are any worked hours within a pay period where you do not have an unplanned/unexcused absence during the week (Sunday – Saturday).
To be eligible for the incentive you must be actively employed at Kerry, Byesville or assigned to Kerry, Byesville as a temporary employee as of September 2nd, 2022. The incentive is subject to applicable payroll taxes and other payroll deductions (i.e. 401K contributions). The bonus will be paid no later than September 22, 2022.
