Maintenance without or with EPA - Ideal candidate would have experience in Installation of stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and etc, some plumbing, drywall, painting or whatever may come up in the realm of the preparations of apartments in the maintenance area. Good leadership abilites. Experience completing work
orders in a timely manner and keeping track of products needed for repairs. And other duties as required.
-Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday. $15.00-$20.00+ must have own tools. On call as needed.

Make ready- prepare apartments for new move in customers. Ability to paint, fix drywall, light plumbing and light
