WE PAY:
1) CDL A OTRSOLO DRIVER .50-.55 cents/mile- 2500 to 3000 miles weekly (empty + loaded miles ,zip code to zip code, extra pay detention, extra stops, layover, safety bonus)

LG EXPRESS INC is looking for strong individuals who are committed to delivering loads safely and on time each and every time.
LOCATED IN ALSIP, IL, SUBURB OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.
We are an OTR Company, travelling to all 48 states.
Typical time out OTR is between 2-3 weeks at a time, with a day off for each week out.
Dry Van, General Freight(No Hazmat), No Dedicated Lanes
Requirements:
Valid CDL class A at least 2-years’ experience OTR
Certificate of Medical
Drug test
Close to clean driving record (no major moving violation)
Good communication
Responsibilities
Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills
Proven work experience as a truck driver
Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
No recent moving or driving violations
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
Valid truck driving license
