Our Northeast Dallas production state of the art machine shop is currently looking for an experienced CNC Swiss machine setup/operator for our 1st shift 5am-2pm, Monday through Friday.
We are a 74 degree temperature controlled, 24,000 square foot facility with 7 Citizen Swiss machines, A20, L12 and L20 machines. This is a direct hire position. Please reply directly to this ad!
We manufacture our own products and we are NOT reliant on job shop work! Our next Swiss Setup/Operator must be a hardworking self-starter and must need little to no supervision. The right candidate must be ready to hit the ground running. We prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience, but is not required. Please keep in mind this is not an entry level position!
You will be required to read and understand blue prints, check your own parts, setup machines, trouble shoot issues during your setups and short too long production operation runs. Monitor operators, setting operators up with the proper checks and tools, assist with production related issues, maintain a clean and organized working environment. Programming a major plus! Quality is our upmost priority and goal!
