Seeking a responsible, hardworking, organized PART TIME Property Manager who has the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Must have a passion for selling whether that be for a rental OR selling a brand-new custom home for land. Candidate must have basic knowledge of Social Media, as well as comfortable collecting payments, issuing bills, solving day-to-day issues, coordinating with maintenance, and showing homes. Real Estate License is not required. Property Experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of office equipment required. Phone, computer, printer, etc.

Job Requirements:
Drive to sell homes. Brand new/pre-owned/ rentals
Great Customer Service Skills
Answering of prospect and tenant calls (walk-ins & phone calls)
Issuing and collecting bills
Handling tenant concerns
Familiarity with Section 8 is a plus
Keep in compliance with OK HUD standards
Coordinating maintenance and vendors
Applicant screening
Familiarity with Social Media and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to scan and email documents
Ability to prepare/type, submit and maintain accurate records/documents
