In this role, the successful candidate will support or manage all aspects of the GWS Supplier Partner program in LATAM and North America and across all lines of business. Primarily this role will manage the following areas:1.Ensuring compliance to the SRM/Supplier Partner program Governance2.Participate in developing the roadmap and program execution to help Supplier Partners develop into World Class companies3.Develop strategy and training to elevate supplier Sustainability and diversity programs4.Support the roll-out of the SRM/Supplier Partner program in LATAM5.Support the cross-business integration in the SRM/Supplier Partner program engagement6.Lead Americas Supplier events including the annual innovation program, and supplier and internal awareness/training events7.Utilize globally approved technology platforms to manage all aspects of the SRM/Supplier Partner Program8.Help develop and delivery consistent go-to-market messaging, SRM/Supplier Partner program alignment, and operational best practices9.Managing relationships with key supplier partnersKey Objectives of the RoleEnsure the Supplier Partner program delivers with all stakeholders to align with business needs, current gaps, and corrective actionManage process to select the best supplier to bring into the Partner program and help them develop into World Class companies to support our various businessParticipate on a global team to ensure Americas programs are aligned with the overall global programAccountabilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure global alignment and cross-business engagementDevelop and implement communication plans that align with our CBRE global marketing and communications and delivering the program objectivesColorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $140,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
