Everise is a call center and we are looking to fill 30 work from home positions for the opening below. Please read the description carefully.

Full time Remote Call Center Agent in Customer Service

Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Representative will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to our retail clients.

Associates will provide callers with thorough service, help build relationships, resolve issues, increases overall trust and satisfaction in client’s products and services. Candidates will be trained to answer questions about Casterly.

Castlery is an online furniture store in the United States which looks to reinvent how furniture retail works. The team will initially be handling General Customer service calls for customers, focusing initially on product questions and general inquiries. As the team grows, contacts related to shipping logistics and damage/quality issues will be added. These agents will be multi-channel and will handle chat (40%), email (40%), and calls (20%).

Schedule: open availability M-F 9AM - 6 PM PST.

All Candidates will be scheduled for a 5 day, 8 hour shift.

(shifts to be determined within those hours and days during training)

Training: 2 weeks (Paid)

Hourly Rate: $12.50/ hour bi-weekly pay.

Requirements: Agent schedules must be clear for first 90 days. Computer provided after orientation.

Experience in a work from home environment is a a plus.

Must have access to a laptop or computer for the initial orientation that has a hard wired internet connection.

Be able to conduct a speed test that shows speeds of: 20mbps download/ 10 mbps upload.

Agents must provide a 21inch. screen monitor and USB headset by training.

This is a full time, long term, work from home position. Candidates looking for part-time or temp work DO NOT apply!

Previous experience in customer service is required.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Oklahoma for consideration.
