Direct Colors is a fast-growing Shawnee-based manufacturer, selling decorative concrete products and supplies to DIYers and Concrete Pros throughout the world. Our quality products are produced by an incredible team and a big reason for having thousands upon thousands of 5-star customer reviews.

We’re seeking a personable, hardworking individual to help advise customers (by phone and email) on product and project-related support. This candidate MUST have prior customer service or sales experience within the last two years. Great opportunity for career advancement, as we promote from within.

Full-time position - compensation based on experience PLUS benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, and more). Hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have a stable personal life. We are a NO drama zone and require healthy individuals – mind, body, and spirit.

Highly sanitary (thoroughly washes hands and maintains a sanitized environment)

Customer service and/or sales role within the past two years

Outgoing personality – excellent communicator

Computer literate & proficient

Health conscious, positive attitude, positive energy, friendly

Attention to detail

At least a High School diploma

Will pass drug screening

Have reliable transportation

Highly motivated self-starter

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Team player

Trustworthy
