Attention Customer Service Representative!!!
AutoGlassNow is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.
Job Duties:
• Working in a sales/results-oriented environment
• Answering inbound and outbound calls
• Providing excellent customer service to all callers
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
Requirements:
• At least 1+ year experience in a call center/ phones
• At least 1+ year experience in retail/sales, or other customer service environment
• At least 1+ year experience in auto glass (Auto Glass Experience a Plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• High School Diploma (or GED required)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment
• Bilingual ( requested but not required)
