Video game company looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives, to help our customers with ordering and running multiplayer PC video game servers.
Representatives will help customers with general sales related questions about price and features of servers, minor technical issues related to setting up services, and also assist customer with information on the video games themselves. Representatives will also identify and mark more complicated technical matters for the attention of our in-house developers.
Experience with video games is a plus, but is not required, as long as you are willing to learn. Given how quickly some video games change over time, good customer service and some basic problem solving skills actually do better then outdated stale information which in many cases can be years out of date.
The position is only open to applicants living in the greater Oklahoma City, OK area. We will not consider applicants who do not currently reside in the state of Oklahoma.
