STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENCY RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (SOUTH OKC)
Busy State Farm agency is seeking a highly organized individual who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment. Candidate will be required to obtain property and casualty insurance license. Training and exam prep will be provided. Insurance experience, or at the least, 2 years customer service experience is required. Bilingual is preferred, but not required. Additional compensation provided if applicant has prior State Farm agency experience.
Pay starts at $14/hour or more depending on experience. Bilangual is a plus Benefits include paid vacation and insurance. Pay increase after license is obtained.

Job Description:
Answering incoming phone calls
Assisting customers with claims
Taking payments
Handling billing inquiries
Assisting agents in day to day activities
After license is obtained: Quoting & selling all lines of insurance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred
Must maintain a professional image
Must be able to multi-task and handle fast past, stressful situations well
