What you'll do In this position, you will be responsible for receiving calls from customers and then providing excellent customer service. You will answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will address both product and service issues with the customer as you to attempt to find a resolution by:
Providing first Level Technical Support on computing products and/or peripherals.
Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues.
Assign incidents in line with documented guidelines and procedures.
Actively support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated from the issue to the solution.
Clearly and concisely log and track details of solutions provided to resolve customer issues while maintaining and updating customer database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills with a sincere desire and willingness to help.
Ability to communicate in a patient and courteous manner while focusing on customer needs.
Capable of handling stressful situations while professionally managing a frustrated customer.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures.
An outstanding work ethic.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1+ Years of previous Customer Service Experience
1+ Years of IT Helpdesk Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
DETAILS: Computer Equipment Provided 24-hour/7-day Call Center Format 8-hour Shifts Shift Rotation every 3 months. Must reside in the Oklahoma City, OK area
