LifeSquire Connect, your assistant resource, is helping a great family add the next great person to their household!
The right person will support the family by taking exceptional care of two young, active, and fun children.
Regular duties will include:
Helping manage the childrens schedule in regards to the family life, including helping with transportation and providing care in the early mornings, evenings, and occasional over nights as needed. Hours will be flexible, but most weeks will total about 45.
Maintain the childrens laundry, supplies, and spaces.
Provide activities to enrich the childrens lives and support learning
Provide occasional support outside of childcare for the family
Living with the family in their second home during the summer months
We are looking for someone who is willing to make a 3-4-year commitment to the family.

Its important to note that the right fit will have experience in the following areas:
Caring for children in a busy household that requires a flexible schedule
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of confidentiality
A college degree is preferred
Fluency in a second language is preferred
In exchange for these qualities and experience, the right person can expect:
A salary of $50,000-60,000 dependent on experience
Health insurance
Meals provided by chef when on duty or living with the family at their second home
Access to a vehicle provided by the family for childrens transportation
Room for growth based on longevity and commitment to the family
