Working within the Accounts Receivable Team, they will be involved in the investigation and recovery of outages for various accounts. They will assist the Team Leader with monitoring, and cash application for funds owed to the Company.RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and recover of outages of various accounts
Assist Team Leader in weekly net exposure report preparations
Assist in collection activities such as sending follow-ups
Manage multiple payment platforms
Monitor receivables and perform cash application
Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings
Troubleshoot problem situations and work with other teams and departments to resolve promptly
Be available, approachable and willing to assist other team members and departments
Assists with information requests from various Paycom employees
Education/Certification:High school diploma or GED
Experience:3 - 4 years of general work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification:Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred
Experience:5 years of bank operations experience or has completed Paycom Development Path for Banking
Skills/Abilities:Basic knowledge of banking transactions and reconciliation process
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Work in a face paced environment
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Eagerness to continue learning
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to juggle multiple taskes effectively
Able to meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to adapt to new processes and procedure
Ability to work overtime hours (if needed)
