PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this staff level include but are not limited to:Demonstrates proven specialist-level ability to lead large or multiple teams through the design and implementation of people, process and technology changes to the logistics, transportation, and/or warehousing functions at our clients;

Demonstrates proven specialist-level abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs by developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;

Demonstrates intimate abilities and proven success as a team leader by leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation; and,

Demonstrates intimate and extensive experience with various enterprise resource planning systems and transportation management systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, MercuryGate, BluJay, or others.

Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Master of Business AdministrationPreferred Fields of Study :Logistics Management, Operations Management/Research, Supply Chain ManagementCertification(s) Preferred :Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS / ISCM), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in logistics strategy, process operations and technology solutions including the following areas:Designing process and implementing critical logistics systems, especially Transportation Management (TMS) and Shipment Visibility (RTTV) systems;

Utilizing Network Design & Optimization analyses, including evaluation of optimal locations for manufacturing or distribution nodes, assessment of total costs, savings opportunities, implementation risks / costs, etc.; and,

Leveraging and leading “big data analytics” using technologies for handling and analyzing big data sets (e.g. Alteryx), visualization tools like Tableau or Power B.I. as well as optimization engines.

Identifying and addressing client needs with a focus on process and technology changes to logistics functions; and,

Participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
