Robert Half Technology is filling a Senior Project Manager role with a candidate who will be put at the center of our client's strategic business plan. This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area. Ideal candidates for this role can also be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Responsibilities

- Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

- Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable

- Helps to identify, classify, and manage risk for functional improvement requests

- Help out with managing dependencies among cross-product teams

- Provides the daily stand-ups, providing they are brief, timely, and focused

- Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments

- Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

- Assure that the functional requirements are met, achievable, and tracked

- Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Assigns schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- Oversees project planning

- Get involved to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare specific Project Management experience

- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

- It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

- We need the person we hire to be flexible and focused

- It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- Solid understanding of Healthcare Administration

- Epic Certification experience preferred

- Must have a PMP Certification

- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignment
