Who we areWith 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What you’ll be doing
In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Act as a liaison for the Payroll department with HR, Benefits, and Accounting
Audit timesheets for necessary adjustments
Complete appropriate wage/salary adjustment as needed
Process bi-weekly payroll and prepare paychecks for distribution
Recommend and participate in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations
Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports upon request
Conduct training sessions on payroll policies and procedures
Assist employees with systems access, questions, and troubleshooting
Analyze payroll data, make recommendations, and prepare related reports
Must Haves
2+ years of payroll experience
Understanding of payroll principles and procedures
Excel skills and knowledge
HRIS payroll experience
Bonus Qualities
UKG/Kronos Payroll and time/attendance experience
Understanding of shift differentials
Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
Bachelor's degree

Compensation starting range for the Lead Payroll Specialist role is $31.00-$36.00 hourly. This is a non exempt role. Actual pay will be based on skills and overall experience.
